Rooster walking like egg bound hen

Hi. I have a rooster who is walking like a penguin with his wings out part way for balance. He isnt hurt and doesnt seem sick. He shares a pen about 10foot square with one hen who seems normal. Couldnt find any swelling, sores or other injuries. He doesnt have runny nose or eye bubbles, isnt pale and seems happy. Does anyone know what this is? My vet is booked with cattle but again the rooster seems fit as a fiddle besides the waddling. He eats all flock feed and rooster booster. No other chickens are acting different or sick. Thanks in advance if you can help

maybe lice and mites are feating on it look at his butt and check him out all over . underneath wings too

How old is your rooster? Did you look at his footpads for bumblefoot scabs? What do his poops look like? Is he able to jump up and down from a roost? It is always hard to know what is going on inside of them, but I would just watch him, and make sure that he is eating and drinking. Look in his ears for an fungus, mites, or swelling.
