Rooster wattle / comb keep changing colour

So this is how he’s looking as of today (pic below) he’s has a good appetite and drinking water normally since the first purple face day. We did switch to the nozzle waterer early winter after the frostbite incident. He’s acting totally normal too lots of screaming and eating and humping. The temperature when it first turned dark (few days ago) was around -10 Celsius which has been so much warmer than it’s been for the last few months of around -30 Celsius. The existing scabby frostbite seen on the comb tips in the photo are from when he got it around Dec/Jan. Also not sure if it’s worth noting but his spurs are growing in. And the little dark spot on the bottom of is wattle there is a scab

If your roosters behavior is normal ,he's eating and drinking good and he's not showing any other signs or symptoms of illness there's no need for alarm. Hormone changes are one of the causes of their comb, wattles & face temporarily changing color. Weather changes are also one of the causes.

The color can be affected by the release of of hormones into their blood stream (increase in testosterone)https://bestfarmanimals.com/chickens-comb-an-odd-color-pale-blue-black-yellow/
