rooster wheeze

I have a rooster which began to wheeze about a month a go , he doing this only when he's calling his hens, I tried with flubendazole, twice with no results,after this i tried a treatment with enrofloxacin plus vitamins in water 5 days , no results

very important, only when it's a rainy day wheezinh symptoms manifest,i can not figure wich is the cause, the roost just have this wheeze without any other symptoms, what it could be? bedding,fungal or respiratory disease.

I believe Tylan 50 is for respiratory problems.
You might want to do some research on it.
