Rooster with bad foot injury. Need help!

I found this on another thread:
1 cc of penecillin in the thigh until it goes away.

How many times a day should I give him the penicillin? Gave him 1cc at about 4:30pm EST. Cleaned the wound, dug a lil more stuff out of it, soaked it and packed it with poultice and wrapped it. Having to syringe him water and yogurt. He is unable to move or feed and water himself. Is there anything else I can be doing for him. I have him in a stall by himself with a fan on him. He has been extremely hot and panting. Any advise is greatly appreciated!

Yeah I forgot to mention that he was in a dog crate in the stall. With a fan on him. Im having to hand feed him. He cant do it on his own. And thank you I will search this.

Is it normal for a chicken with Bumble Foot just to lay in one spot and no be able to move, drink or eat?

Bumble foot is a staph infection, I'm assuming that if it were bad enough, then yes it's normal

You did use the Neo withOUT pain relief, right? The kind WITH is supposed to be toxic to chickens

I have not used any neosporine. I packed the wound with poultice tonight to try to draw the infection out. And last night with a betadine ointment. Been soaking 3 times daily epsom salt. I can bring him in the house if need be. I been going out to the barn every hour to check on him and to give him water and a lil yogurt. I am really worried about him not being able to move.
