rooster with canker sore in mouth

On Thursday my rooster stopped crowing. His R. eye is closed shut and he won't eat. I started feeding him with a spoon and noticed he has a canker sore in his mouth. He won't eat on his own, his poop in soft white with some green in it. He sounds a little congested and has yellow crusty stuff around his nostrils. I think he has gone blind since Thursday too. What do you think he has? Maybe Fowl Pox? I'm not sure.
