This is not my bird but mine looks similar to this but more noticeable.

He seems to be doing better now. I have been keeping him in a separate cage and giving him 2 different types of medicine. He is still not fully better but the lump in his eye has shrunk a lot over night and he seems more alert now

Glad that he is doing better. Was the lump hard or soft? Do you think that he might have had a peck wound that might have abscessed? What medications were you giving?

The lump was pretty soft and was sticking out a little bit but now it is not very noticeable. I was giving him VetRx for the respiratory infection and ordered terramision ointment online for the lump in his eye.
