Rooster with Puffy closed Eye

Rooster with Puffy Eye, his eye is closed and is watering a bit. I'm guessing he just has something in his eye, but then i noticed his comb and wattle have these small-medium dots. I have never noticed before

Do you have the small black may flies where you live? One of mine had what sounds like the exact same situation, and after 3 days the eye and bumps were back to normal. I looked to see if anything was in her eye but nothing was, turned out to be (my best guess) was getting bit by the May flies

Yes, We do. But, i don't think i've seen many. And where our house is, i don't think i've ever seen one here. I was first thinking mites, because i learned that there will be these dots on the chickens comb and wattle
