My rooster has redish pink legs is this a sickness or is it ok if it's not ok what's the worst that can happen...

What breed is he? And how old?

We need pictures of his legs to determine whether it is a normal breed trait or something that needs treatment.

Rooster quite often get pinkish red down their legs, from hormones.
Totally normal.
However, there could be another issue going on, so photos like LaFleche said would be needed.

It’s most likely just hormones but a picture would give us a better idea.
