Rooster with tumor??

View attachment 1256302 View attachment 1256303 I have a 4 month of rooster that recently developed a large hard bump on his back. At first I though it was just feathers coming in but it’s been like this about a month and it’s hard. He’s now walking crooked. In the first image you can see that his tail is now offset. Other than the abnormal gait he seems fine. Any ideas of what it might be or how to treat it?
