Rooster? Yes or No

Hey guys!

We bought 9 baby chicks from Tractor Supply a few months ago. They said that we were guaranteed all pullets but this chicken is looking a little different than the others. Could you please help us identify if this is a rooster or not.

How old? Though I will say cockerel judging by the picture.
