Is this rhode island red a rooster?

I read that if their wings grow in straight it's a male but if they grow in jagged like the other two it's female :/

That is called feather sexing. And it only works under very specific conditions, where both parents are 'pure' for particular genes. It is not applicable to the majority of chicks.
