Rooster?

This is my Golden Laced Wyandotte. I think she's about a month old. We bought sexed chicks, so she's supposed to be a pullet, but now I'm thinking maybe she's a rooster. I have a Colombian Rock Cross who is about the same age, and she doesn't have the same crest.

Can anybody help me out?
