Rooster?

is this a rooster? We have a production red and a Rhode Island Red. I’m not sure which this is- have never been able to tell them apart. The Comb is much taller/ larger than my other chickens! They’re all about 5-6 months old

He/she won’t let me get too close but here are two pictures. The first 2 are of the suspected roo, the third is my other red hen for comparison

Only one of my barred rocks started laying about 2 weeks ago. I hope the others will start soon!
