My rooster is is 6 months old and full grown but let's the older hens push him around...is this normal?...he's very friendly leg horn

He's an adolescent, and the ladies know it, and are busy teaching him manners. Over time, he will mature, and they will appreciate him more.

Give him a little more time, I guess. Maybe he’s a late bloomer.

My WLH is 6 months also and used to get his butt kicked daily by a Black Jersey Giant hen. As soon as his hormones ramped up, about 3 or 4 months, those two were boyfriend/girlfriend. She was his favorite hen. Go figure.
