Rooster?

Is this guy a rooster? I also attached a picture of it’s sister so you can see the difference. They are 15 weeks. The one we think that is a rooster (in the first picture) does crow in the morning like a rooster FYI. TIA!

No pic....but at 15 weeks, crowing = male. Crowing females do happen, but they are older, mature birds, not youngsters at puberty
