Rooster?

I suck at sexing chickens until they start crowing. This chickens parents are Ameracauna rooster and either ameracauna hen or olive egger. I’m pretty sure he’s a rooster but I want to make sure before I give him to a neighbor. Was not happy about being picked up or chased around the yard for this pic so it is probably not the best. Thank you!

From what I can tell, looks like a roo, but knowing age and a better photo with profile and "head on" of comb would be helpful! Pretty bird
