Rooster??

This is my 13 week old lavender Orpington. We thought it was a pullet but now seeing those tail feathers, is it possibly a rooster? Thanks for any help. We can’t have roosters here so I’ll need to know before I hear crowing.

Bummer, he is a handsome boy. I have an abundance of Roos already or I'd take him in.
