Starlight Green Egger is what I was thinking. Prairie Blue Bell for some reason popped into my brain when I saw him.Prairie Blue Bells have modified pea comb as far as I know. What’s the backstory on the bird, where is he from?
I’d guess he looks like a white leghorn/rhode island red mix.
