Cinnamon Queen is a marketing name for a sex linked cross. Some hatcheries use Rhode Island Red roosters over Silver Laced Wyandotte hens while other hatcheries use Rhode Island Red roosters over Rhode Island White hens to make their Cinnamon Queen's. Both Wyandotte and RIW should have a rose comb so the chicks should also show a rose comb as rose is dominant.
In either case, the females should be mostly red while the males would feather out mostly white. If that really were a Cinnamon Queen it would be a pullet since it is red, but that does not look like any Cinnamon Queen I've seen pictures of. Cinnamon Queen pullets are typically more of a solid light red color.
