you could be right that it is a cockerel. I forget that at 10 weeks, they are still a rather small bird. 10 weeks, that's 70 days.

I hope you all are right. I really wanted a rooster. I will send pictures of the other 3 today. I just hope one in the bunch is so I can hear it every morning.

Ok, these are the only ones I think could be roos. Please tell me what you think. Also, I was told they were RIR, but my neighbor thinks they are too light to be and must be NHR. I appreciate all the help you are giving me.

The white and brown ones are called sex-links. The females will be brown with white, whereas the males will be all white or all white with some brown.

Those are all pullets if they look like the girls in your photos.

The only one that's a male in that shot is the male to the right of the photo and the one in the second photo.

The lighter one looks like a red sex link. If that's the case, it's definitely a girl.
