my male rooster 1 wing is messed up hes a rhode island red i dont no wht he did 2 him wing but its open like a fan n dropped 2 his side plz tell me wht 2 i should do

Please give a little more information--how long has he been like this? Does he have any other symptoms such as unsteadiness, legs not working properly?, is he otherwise okay--good appetite? Could he have gotten in a fight?
