rooster?!

I have six baby chicks. or so I think... There is this one EE that I'm not so sure about. she has really beautiful designs on her back and face. She really stands out compared to the two other EE's I have. I was wondering if you think she could be a rooster because we dont want roosters and we would have to take her out of the flock. Please post what you think and what other things roosters do that chicks dont. I am new to all this and dont really know much.
