Ok, i need to know what do you do to make sure that the eggs DON'T become fertile?

Don't have a rooster.

but if i don't get a rooster, then, won't the hens stop laying as much as they would have with a rooster?(Im not dumb , i know you don't need a rooster for eggs)

Could i just section off the coop(inside) so they dont?

He'd probably be driven crazy to see all the hens on the other side of the fence and not be able to get to them. He'd run the fence line all the time! As long as you collect daily and refrigerate the eggs promptly they really are no different than non-fertile eggs.
