I think you have a pullet there, s/he has not male feathering that I can see around the rump / tail end. I could be wrong but that is my opinion

I'm not sure what breed s/he is (/ if its stated then I haven't heard of it before) but given that it is 15 weeks old I say pullet. I can see no obvious male markings or pointy saddle feathers. I could be wrong, I guess you will just have to wait and see if s/he crows or lays
