roosters back feet badly injured

my game rooster back feet is badly torn up not the spurr but the normal one and idk how to bring him back to health... any suggestions????

what happened to his feet, was he in a fight?

he kept kicking the cage an he gotten really skinny bt he eating an he keeps limping i cut the right one off because it was about to fall offf anyways and now its really swollen i'll try and post pic up later
