my friend opened the hatch to my coop, it shut by accident leaving my roister and a hen outside the hen had a little bit of frostbite on her comb, but my roisters comb is very bad, i figured i would leave it alone and now it has a tinge of green to it. Any help would be appreciated.

He looks like he got frostbite pretty bad. You might try rubbing some Neosporin or antibiotic ointment on his comb to help him. Make sure that the ointments are not pain relieving/killing and do not contain any ingredients ending in "-caine", as these are toxic to chickens. Eventually the frostbitten portion will fall off because it is dead tissue. After it has fallen off, I recommend applying the ointment again to help him heal. Unfortunately, the parts that fell of will not grow back, but he should be fine. Hope he heals!
