My Rhode Island Red Roosters comb doesn't look normal. Have been pretty busy so my mom has been checking on them and I went out to collect the eggs and I just noticed it today. He's the only rooster but I have 11 hens. What can I do to help him? Thanks.

Nothing you can do, just let him heal up. If it's frostbite the blackened parts will eventually fall off. He may look miserable, but just leave him be, mine always heal up after a few weeks without any intervention.

Agrees^^

Might see some swelling, just leave it alone(messing with compromised tissue can make it worse IMO)
but keep watch for infection.

Some of that looks like it might be fowl pox(at front of comb) and injury(base of top tips),
back of comb looks like frostbite tho.
