I recently turned my heat lamp on my chickens when the temps fell into the 20's and they want to crow all nite long....I have the red heat lamps and do not wish to hear them crow most of the night....any suggestions?
My daughter said they were eating as well??? When will they sleep if I leave them on???

Hi Lori,

You could always try to get a ceramic heat emitter made for reptiles. It's what I use for my babies

If your coop is draft free, your chickens will probably be okay without a heat source though

Doesn't give off any light, but makes things toasty warm ^.^
