Roosters foot swollen

Poor guy! Fortunately, I’ve never had an issue with bumblefoot (knocks on wood), so unfortunately I may not be of much help :idunno . But it sounds like there are some good suggestions here and from the image it doesn’t look like he has the tell-tale scab another commenter pointed out. Could he have been stung/bitten by something? If so, maybe the swelling will go down as you tend to it and as it heals, he’ll be able to put more pressure on that foot. Hopefully, you’ll get someone commenting who has had this same problem before. Good luck!

it bad it need help who tag? @CalBickieMomma @KaleIAm mite knows what to do
Thanks for thinking of me, peeper. I'm only experienced with bumblefoot in ducks and I'm not sure how it presents in other birds. I wouldn't want to give incorrect advice by guessing.

Chicken lover, I hope your rooster is feeling better soon.

Update - I think his foot is getting better I've been doing the epsom salt baths and he is now putting more pressure on his foot before he was constantly lying down but now he isn't which I'm taking as a good sign 😊 I think the swelling has gone down bit his foot isn't as red so yea fingers crossed 🤞 it keeps heading in the right track thank you all for your help x
