Roosters, Hens & Crowing.

They might not be able to see each other but they can hear each other. Their crows carry pretty far. They would probably crow even more trying to out do each other.
"I'm the strongest"
"No, I'm the strongest"
"Oh yeah, well I have all the girls" etc.
... The only time they don't crow is when they're in freezer camp:oops:
Lol thanks Punkybrewster, so there is absolutely no hope of the neighbours being happy!!
 
My bantam roo, Hector, lived with us for two months by himself with no other chickens until we got some pullets for him.
He crowed a lot when he was alone and way less after the girls came.
It was honestly not too bad at all.
Certainly not all day long.
