Help! First time chicken owners. Raised from chicks and got them not know what they were. At first I was sure we had two roosters, then I was like yikes maybe three… and now I feel like we have more. We got them last Spring. Please, is there anyone who would be able to help me out with this picture? I’d like to separate the roosters before any damage is done to any of them. (I will try to get pictures of them separately but for now this is all I could get. If anyone is able to assist I would appreciate it. Thank you!)

There are no cockerels in this image. Just pullets.

Roosters have male specific feathers on their necks and on either side of their tails, called hackles and saddle feathers. hens also have these feathers but they'll be short and round. On males they'll be long, wispy and pointy.
For example:

That's an immature yolk or a 'meat bit', not an embryo. Your eggs are not fertilized. Just pick it out, they eggs are fine.
Thank you so much for all your responses, I really do appreciate it.

Does this continuously happen throughout all their eggs regardless of not having a rooster? Because we are constantly getting these red specks looking like a start of an embryo. This is just the only picture I have at the moment (first whoa moment when cracking an egg), but the rest we get are different then pictures, like red specks.. not quite sure how to explain it but I’m sure y’all know what I may be referring to.

You're welcome. :)
Blood spots are also normal but diet and stress can cause them to pop up more.
What's their diet, run and coop size?
