Roosters looking for a new home

I have two roosters looking for a new home I live in Quaker Hill Connecticut on is a Polish Black and on is a Saphire Gem the Polish Black has had a lot of his head feathers pulled out by my other birds and is very noisy his name is Andy Warhol he's a sweety but bad-tempered he loves to fight with you I find it endearing others may not the Saphire Gems name is Dross and is a good rooster and takes good care of the ladies, unfortunately, my landlord says no roosters
