Roosters or hens and age?

Hi. This is my first time having chickens and I need a little help. I believe the black australorps are roosters and the plymouth rocks are hens, am I correct? Also, can anyone estimate their age? Any input would be very helpful. Thank you.

Unfortunately, I'm thinking all birds are roosters. The australorps definitely are, and the rocks have the lighter double barred color of males, and I'm seeing male saddle feathers on them also.

They look to be around three months of age and all look like cockerels except for the Barred Plymouth Rock in the third picture that is the third closest to the camera
