Roosters or hens?? Need to know before I give them away!

Are these two guys roosters or hens? They are not crowing yet obviously, but they have a brother, same age who is crowing. I need to give away some roos and don't want to accidentally give away a hen!

Should I just keep the two in question until they start crowing (or not) just to be on the safe side?

Both look like roos to me, saddle and hackle feathers.

I think they are to beautifully colored not to wait in less you want me to come and get them.

The top one does look to have a bit of a comb but if they are not making alot of noise or being abusive what is the rush.

They are beautiful. That's why I wanted to be absolutely sure before I gave them away. I'm still having trouble deciding. They are both EE's crossed with a mixed banty that I think has silky in her. They both have five toes and one has feathered legs too. I don't want to let them go, but the hen to rooster ratio is getting out of balance!
