Roosters or hens

I would like help on how to determine if they are roosters or hens they are 8 weeks old and the 4 brown are a Rhode island red and White Leghorn cross the 2 black are Rhode island red and Australorp cross I will add a pictures of them while they were little and now I think a couple might be roosters my pop thinks they all are because of there tails I really hope that most or all are hens as in the area I currently live we can't have roosters in a couple years Im moving so I would be able to it started as a school project for agriculture and I'm scared of chickens because all the chickens I have been around are farm ones that attack you there free range and don't get people touching them alot so after a couple weeks I was like woah chickens can be friendly so I'm keeping the hens

That's what I thought but than looking at the feathers and how they go I also thought that but than the tails and what they do cause the bump chests and do what I have seen roosters do but that could be because they are young there my first chicks as I have said I have always been scared of chickens and birds until them

Thank you I thought that but my pop and dad thought there was roosters and than they look like hens but there is a couple things I thought are like roosters since I have only ever seen them do it

That helps like I said they are my first lot of chickens I got for agriculture for school cause I'm scared of chickens and all birds but they helped me get over my fear of chickens all the chickens I have ever known are hardly handled and attack the only chickens I was near was my pops they would attack you but I'm the person that catches them to clip there wings and everything
