The EE is a cockeral and the reat are pullets. It's hard to tell though

the white one is male. he looks exactly like the roo i had to give to a sanctuary due to living in the city. here are comparison pics of my boy

As has been said the white one is a cockerel but also the 3rd one looks like it could be, but it could be the feathers design that make it look like it has saddle feathers.
