Also if someone knows the breed that would be helpful too.

(from someone, not sure who..lol)
OH and these 2 chickens stay in the coop 95% of the time. And they are about 17-18 weeks old give or take.

Well, an Easter Egger is a crossbreed that has a gene to lay blue/green/tinted eggs, but can also lay just plain brown ones. EE isn't actually a breed, but the moniker they give the cross. Ameraucanas have slate legs, whereas EEs most often have greenish ones, but can have any color legs and eyes. The true breed, Ameraucana, is a rare thing these days, it seems. Where did you get these? I have an EE and four Ameraucanas myself-used to breed them. Males will have a very wide, pea comb (looks like three rows of "peas"). On females, the center ridge is usually the only one you notice for a very long time.

The first pic is a rooster, second one looks girly.

Thank you for your help. I will assume that the brown one is a male and the white one is female then.
Now to decide what to do with them. I *thought* that we had taken all but one of the roosters to the butcher. UGG.
