I currently have 3 roosters and 1 hen in my coop.Should 3 roosters be in the hen house together with that 1 hen?The dominant rooster is nice to the hen,but the other roosters dont fight they are scared of dom. Should I get rid of the other roosters?

Yes, I would get rid of the other roosters.
I'm not sure how old your chickens are, but roosters often change their attitudes as they get older. Even if there's no fighting now there's a good chance there will be later.
Plus, with three roosters vying for the attention of one hen, that hen could get beat up too.

They are about 4 months old. Should I keep the other rooster for backup unless something happens with dom?

Ya, I guess it all depends. But you'd need to have a plan in place if things get aggressive.

I had thee roosters that started out ok, but I ended up having to get rid of one.

So you could certainly play it by ear and be ready to intervene if necessary.

Ok ill keep them for know but if they get all wild up ill get rid of them.

I agree with Treerooted, the hen can get hurt with all of those roosters with her, especially in a closed space.
I personally let my roosters out with my hens, but I let them free range on a two and a half acre property, and except for the occasional "chase the hen around the yard", my roosters do well with one another, but they've grown up together... Sometimes, however, they'll gang up on a hen, and I have to chase the roosters away from her until they've calmed down.
In the end, whether you keep the rooster or not depends on its personality, and the amount of space you have
