Roosters

i have a flock of 6 silkies. They are 4 months now and I now know u have 3 hens and 3 roosters. Will I be able to keep them together? I am new to this and have been told in the past only 1 rooster per flock. Help. Thanks.

I actually have a pen that has 9 silkie roos to 8 hens and it works. Silkies are a passive breed and the rules don’t always apply to them. They just need space. I have a dominant roo and he keeps the peace. No fighting and the hens don’t get gang raped.
