Real Ameraucana or EE?
Where did you get the OE eggs and what is the cross??

She’s a real Ameraucana, I got her and her brother (who we no longer have) from a breeder.
I got the hatching eggs locally from a guy about 30 min away. The eggs we have are Ameraucana and BCM crosses (so hopefully we end up with some olive eggers). Most eggs are green/blue. It was a BCM rooster running with Ameraucana hens, a buff Chantecler, a SS and a BCM. Some of the eggs are blue (most), one is dark brown (obviously the marans hen) and a few are brown (so either SS or Chantecler). I know they won’t all be OE’s but a few will (provided they even all hatch!).
After this hatch, I plan to get more eggs...and that’s when I will be looking for specific breeds so will be ordering most likely from a hatchery unless I can find them locally.
