Roosters

I have some Dominiques, hens and then one rooster for sure. But there are 3 that I can't tell on. they are 22 weeks old. they look like roosters but they haven't crowed and they don't act like the other rooster does, they don't fight each other or the Dominant (. A Rhode Island Red.) The one that I know for sure is a rooster has been crowing for 4 weeks. one of the questionable ones has brown neck feathers. Any ideas on if these 3 are hens or roosters.

Haven't yet it stormed today so I wasn't able to get pictures of the 3 roosters.

here is the first one. He looks like a rooster but I have one Dominique rooster that has already been crowing and this one hasn't. they are almost 23 weeks old.

Also while the Dominique roostI see the \er I have struts around like he owns the place, these 3 just walk around acting more like a hen.
