roosters

I have two roosters one is a younger americauna and it is less dominant but I want it to be the dominant one so what should I do.

Removal of the dominant rooster is the only way that a subordinate can move up in ranking.

would i be able to keep them both if i cliped the dominant roo's spurs

You would be able to keep both if you did that, but he probably has the other rooster so bullied that he will still be the boss.

the other one was just added not long ago and is still chirping and i havn't seen them fight

or you could divide your flock so each rooster has his own hens.
