Roosters

I have 4 roosters, but I can't keep all of them. What's the best way to get rid of them?

If you don't want to eat them yourself, ads on Craigslist or in local farm papers usually work well. Some feed stores that sell chicks will also take back roosters or know someone who will. Flyers at the feed store. If they are show prospects you could try the local 4-H club if anyone wants a project bird.

Invite them to dinner.

And prevent further roosters. Don't hatch your own chicks, and only buy sexed pullets from a reliable source.
