Roosting in the daytime

I have an EE that is spending most of the day on the roost in the coop. She wasn't laying for a long time. yesterday she layed a blue egg that was smaller than she usually laid in the past. Is she trying to stay away from the rooster?

Probably someone is harassing her. Is she a bottom hen in the pecking order?

I don’t think so. She is a large hen. She had been pecked a lot when I first got her. But I haven’t notice any thing since.
