Just a few questions... I have Isa browns at what age should I open up their nesting boxes? I've heard they start around 16-18 weeks, not sure if that's true. Also my pullets are 10 weeks old right now and been in their coop for a week now. When bed time comes they either lay on floor or roost on the poop board or edge of nesting boxes since they can't get in them. Should I put them on their roost at dark or will they figure it out eventually?

They'll figure it out eventually, or you can manually place each one up there, and while you're doing that the one you just placed will hop off.

Some of mine still sleep on the floor or in the boxes

I will give them awhile to figure it out before I try putting them up at bedtime. But is 16 weeks a good time to open the boxes or wait till I see the first egg?
