I have 5 pullets in my flock.... My BO, Wellie, and BR are the oldest 3... Then my 2 BA.. . My 2 BA have always stayed together but recently they have been roosting with the other 3... Now I've been intergrating 2 other chicks in, it's going fairly well.... But the last 2 nights the 2 BA have moved over to their original space on other side of roost and the two little ones roost in between the BA and 3 older ones..... Would this be a pecking order issue?? It's ok if they don't roost together but they have been for at least a month now and I'm just wandering why the change?

Any time you integrate new chickens into a flock there will always be some shuffling in the pecking order.

Will they eventually end up all roosting together? Or stay seperated in groups? Thanks
Change is one thing you can be sure of lol!
Pecking/roosting orders can fluctuate, I'd not worry about it but enjoy observing their varied behaviors.

So true, I really did not expect the changes my small flock has shown over their first year. Roost positions for all but the top gal change constantly. Pecking order for mine have shown dramatic swings when one gets broody, she drops to bottom and has to reestablish in the group.

Wheeww that's good to know!! I figured there would be some changes but I had no clue how roosting would go.... They are all doing well now ... The 2 smaller ones are learning. It seems like the #2 which is my BO is the meanest towards them but she's bossy thing anyway. lol... It so interesting how this all works......
