You should just give it time, take one chicken and put it on the roost, that is all, if it jumps off let it, don't force it to sit on it! after awhile that chicken will start to roost, and the others will follow, that what I did to mine, they used to huddle up also, but now have started to roost! So in time maybe they will and maybe they won't, they may not want to roost right now!
