Roosting Under The Coop

I have one hen that will roost under the coop every night. The other 38 will all come inside at night. This one will get back in the far corner where we can not get to her and root on the floor joist every night. How can I get her to come in with the others?

Have you noticed whether or not she is at the bottom of the pecking order? Perhaps she thinks there is no room inside for her according to the order of things?!

Have not noticed. There is room for her in the house. I will try to watch her to see how she acts with the others.
