rotating roosters from a bachlor to breed

Hi... I have a pen with 3 roos and took them out of my hen coop because they were tearing up the hens to overmating. I have over 30 ready to lay.... but 3 roosters keps mating with about 20 os the same and wore off feathers....

So I have fertile eggs in the bator (whee!) and I am planing my next hatch. Should I let one rooster out to about 20 hens? or all 3 roosters out with 20 hens for about 2/5 days then back into the bachilor pen until next hatch.

I have RIR that I want to mate with leghorns for a red sex link....., but do I take the RIR out and add the leghorn for more purebred leghorns? or do I just hatch and see what I get?

I was going to set aside my "red sex link" eggs and then put in the leghorn... which rooster will be the father??? aren't the hes still fertile from the RIR anyway?

What are some ways to breed a purebred if I have a mixed flock of hens?
