2 eggs just complet rotton, 3 dead, and one a little ball of blood, meat and feathers. Dead dead dead. Homemade incubator, this is awful!

Sorry your hatch didn't go well. Home-made incubators can be great so, maybe yours just needs some tweeking. I think you should buy a couple thermometers and hygrometers and calibrate them - you can find out how to calibrate each on this site. Once you have accurate meters see if, you have hot spots in your incubator, you may need to add a small fan or adjust your thermostat to get better temps. Even store bought incubators are not a guarantee and not all eggs under a broody hen hatch either. You need to think of this as a learning thing and understand home-grown furtile or local eggs will yeild better results than shipped eggs. Good Luck.
